A residential building (with illustrious inhabitants such as Paul Baudry and Alfred de Musset), a cabaret, then in 1955, Aristide Maillol’s model and collaborator, Dina Vierny, bought an apartment, before acquiring the entire building thirty years later. In 1995, the museum dedicated to Aristide Maillol opened its doors.
